Agreement Overview
This agreement explains the terms for Driver Education, private driving lessons, scheduling, payment, safety, pick-up and drop-off, communication, and related A360 Driving School services.
This Student Service & Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between A360 Driving School LLC ("A360 Driving School," "A360," "we," "our," or "us") and the student and/or the student's parent or legal guardian ("Customer," "you," or "your").
By electronically signing, checking the acceptance box, completing enrollment, or purchasing services from A360 Driving School, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.
1. Services
A360 Driving School provides Driver Education, private behind-the-wheel driving lessons, driving practice, skills development, permit-preparation support, and related driver-training services.
The exact service purchased, amount paid, and number of lessons or instructional hours included will be shown during enrollment or checkout and become part of this Agreement.
Current A360 services may include:
- Private Driving Lessons - Individual one-on-one behind-the-wheel instruction personalized to the student's experience and driving needs.
- Private Driving Lesson Packages - Multiple one-on-one lessons purchased as a package for continued practice, confidence-building, and skill development.
- Driver Education Program - A complete Driver Education program consisting of online classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel instruction, skills evaluation, and applicable Driver Education completion/reporting services.
A360 may update its services, pricing, lesson structure, or program offerings from time to time. The terms applicable to the Customer's purchase are the terms presented at the time of enrollment.
2. Student Information and Eligibility
The Customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information during enrollment, including information concerning the student's age, permit or license status, driving experience, and any other information reasonably needed to provide instruction safely.
Students participating in private behind-the-wheel lessons must have any permit or driver's license required by applicable law.
Students participating in an approved Driver Education program may be subject to different eligibility requirements under Mississippi law.
A360 may request verification of a learner's permit, driver's license, or other documentation when necessary.
3. Parent or Guardian Authorization
If the student is a minor, the person completing enrollment represents that they are the student's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to enroll the student and consent to the student's participation in driving instruction.
The parent or guardian authorizes A360 Driving School and its qualified instructors to provide classroom and/or behind-the-wheel instruction to the student.
Adult students enrolling themselves may accept this Agreement on their own behalf.
4. Scheduling and Availability
Driving lesson scheduling is based on instructor availability.
A360 will make reasonable efforts to provide flexible scheduling options; however, specific dates, times, instructors, or lesson availability are not guaranteed.
Customers are encouraged to schedule included lessons promptly after enrollment.
Purchasing a service or package does not guarantee that a particular date or time will remain available until the lesson is successfully scheduled.
A360 may assign or substitute qualified instructors or instructional vehicles when reasonably necessary because of scheduling, staffing, vehicle maintenance, illness, emergencies, or other operational needs.
5. Payment
Payment is required before driving lessons are scheduled or Driver Education services are accessed unless A360 has approved another arrangement in writing.
Payments may be processed through A360's website or approved third-party payment and scheduling platforms.
The Customer authorizes A360 and its payment providers to process the amount shown at checkout for the selected service.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
A360 understands that schedules can change.
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if a driving lesson needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture or a cancellation fee at A360's discretion.
If a student is unavailable, absent, or otherwise unable to participate at the scheduled lesson time without prior notice, the lesson may be considered a no-show and may be forfeited.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future scheduling availability.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund for unused services may take into consideration services already provided, administrative costs, online course registration or access costs, scheduling commitments, and other expenses already incurred in connection with the student's enrollment.
Completed driving lessons and completed portions of Driver Education services are non-refundable.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
8. Driver Education Program
Customers enrolling in A360 Driver Education understand that Driver Education is a complete instructional program and not simply a package of driving lessons.
The current program includes classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel instruction, skills evaluation, and applicable completion/reporting services.
The classroom portion is completed through a structured, self-paced online curriculum.
The student does not have to complete the entire online course before scheduling behind-the-wheel sessions. However, A360 recommends that the student complete most or all of the classroom portion before beginning behind-the-wheel instruction.
9. Driver Education Completion
Driver Education completion is not automatic.
The behind-the-wheel portion of Driver Education includes both instruction and skills evaluation.
A360 will teach, coach, and support the student throughout the program; however, the student must demonstrate basic safe driving skills and satisfactorily complete applicable program requirements before A360 processes Driver Education completion.
Students with little or no previous driving experience may require additional supervised practice or additional driving lessons beyond the hours included in the Driver Education program.
Any recommended additional practice is intended to support student safety and the integrity of the Driver Education completion process.
10. Pick-Up, Drop-Off, and Service Area
A360 Driving School offers free pick-up and drop-off for behind-the-wheel driving lessons within A360's standard service area, subject to scheduling and reasonable travel considerations.
The student should be ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the scheduled lesson time. Unless another arrangement has been made, the instructor will return the student to the agreed-upon location at the conclusion of the lesson.
For students located outside A360's standard service area, A360 may offer one of the following options:
- Pick-up and drop-off outside the standard service area for an additional travel charge, when available; or
- The student may meet the instructor at an agreed-upon location within A360's standard service area at no additional travel charge.
Any additional travel charge or alternate meeting location will be communicated and agreed upon before the applicable lesson.
Pick-up and drop-off arrangements may vary depending on the student's location, instructor availability, scheduling, traffic, and other operational considerations. A360 reserves the right to designate a reasonable meeting location when necessary to keep lesson scheduling safe and efficient.
11. Licensing, Permit, and Hardship Decisions
A360 provides driver education, driving instruction, and educational guidance. A360 does not issue learner's permits, driver's licenses, or hardship licenses.
The Mississippi Department of Public Safety and other applicable government agencies determine whether an individual qualifies for a permit, license, hardship privilege, or other driving credential.
Completion of services with A360 does not guarantee that a student will pass a permit examination, qualify for a driver's license, receive a hardship license, or receive approval from any government agency.
Customers are responsible for meeting all applicable state requirements.
12. Insurance Discounts and Other Third-Party Benefits
A Driver Education certificate may be accepted by some insurance companies for discounts or other benefits; however, A360 does not control insurance company policies and does not guarantee that any insurer will provide a particular discount or benefit.
Customers should confirm eligibility directly with their insurance provider.
13. Student Safety and Conduct
Safety is A360's highest priority during behind-the-wheel instruction.
Students are expected to follow instructor directions, wear required seat belts, behave respectfully, remain attentive, and participate in a manner that allows instruction to occur safely.
Students may not participate in a driving lesson while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, misused medications, or any other substance or condition that makes driving unsafe.
A360 and its instructors may delay, modify, discontinue, or end a lesson when the instructor reasonably believes that continuing would create an unsafe situation.
14. Health, Learning, and Accessibility Information
Customers may voluntarily provide information concerning medical conditions, physical limitations, learning differences, anxiety, or other circumstances that may help A360 provide safer and more personalized instruction.
Customers are responsible for informing A360 of information that could materially affect the student's ability to participate safely.
A360 will use such information for legitimate instructional, safety, administrative, and support purposes consistent with its Privacy Policy.
15. Assumption of Driving Risks
The Customer understands that operating or riding in a motor vehicle involves inherent risks, including traffic collisions, actions of other motorists, roadway hazards, weather conditions, mechanical issues, personal injury, and property damage.
A360 uses professional instruction, safety procedures, properly equipped instructional vehicles, and instructor intervention to reduce these risks; however, driving-related risks cannot be completely eliminated.
The student and parent/guardian voluntarily choose to participate in driving instruction with an understanding of these inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A360 Driving School LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents will not be responsible for injuries or losses resulting solely from inherent risks of ordinary driving instruction that could not reasonably have been prevented through proper instruction and reasonable care.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived.
16. Instructional Vehicles and Recording
A360 instructional vehicles may contain safety equipment, instructor controls, and dashboard/cabin recording equipment.
Where recording equipment is used, video and/or audio may be captured during driving lessons for legitimate purposes such as safety, instructor training, quality assurance, incident documentation, insurance matters, or protection of students, instructors, and the business.
A360 will not intentionally use identifiable student lesson recordings for public advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission from the student or parent/guardian, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary in connection with an accident, insurance claim, safety matter, legal proceeding, or similar legitimate purpose.
By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges the possible use of recording equipment during instruction.
17. Weather, Vehicle Issues, and Emergencies
A360 may postpone, shorten, relocate, or reschedule a lesson because of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, vehicle problems, instructor illness, emergencies, or other conditions that make instruction unsafe or impractical.
If A360 must reschedule a lesson, the Customer will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and the affected lesson will be rescheduled.
18. Communications and Automated Systems
By providing a telephone number or email address, the Customer authorizes A360 to send service-related communications concerning enrollment, scheduling, appointments, course access, reminders, lesson updates, support, and other matters related to A360 services.
Communications may occur by telephone, email, SMS/text message, scheduling platform, automated reminder, or other connected software system used by A360.
Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out of non-essential text messages by replying STOP where supported.
Transactional communications reasonably necessary to provide purchased services may continue through other available communication methods.
Any separate marketing or promotional consent may be collected independently from this Service Agreement.
19. Third-Party Platforms
A360 may use third-party or connected software systems to provide and manage services, including systems used for website forms, payments, scheduling, online coursework, email, text messaging, telephone communications, automation, customer support, and recordkeeping.
Information may be transmitted to or processed by those providers as reasonably necessary to provide A360 services.
Use of personal information is also governed by A360's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the policies of those third-party providers.
20. No Guarantee of Results
A360's goal is to help students become safer, more confident, and more capable drivers.
Driving ability varies by student. A360 therefore does not guarantee that a particular number of lessons will produce a particular level of driving proficiency.
A360 also does not guarantee that a student will pass any government examination, obtain a permit or driver's license, receive hardship driving privileges, or become eligible for a particular insurance benefit.
Additional practice may be recommended based on the student's individual needs.
21. Policies and Incorporated Documents
The Customer acknowledges that A360's current Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If a service-specific term shown during checkout or enrollment conflicts with a general website policy, the more specific term applicable to the purchased service will control to the extent permitted by law.
22. Electronic Records and Signatures
The Customer agrees that this Agreement may be entered into electronically.
Checking an acceptance box, typing a name as an electronic signature, signing electronically, or completing an electronic enrollment process constitutes the Customer's signature and agreement to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Electronic records may be stored by A360 or its service providers as part of the student's enrollment record.
23. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by A360 to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive A360's ability to enforce that provision in the future.
24. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Customer's selected service, checkout or enrollment information, applicable A360 Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any written service-specific terms provided at enrollment, constitutes the agreement between the Customer and A360 regarding the purchased services.
Changes or exceptions specifically agreed to by A360 in writing may supplement this Agreement.
