Welcome to A360 Driving School LLC ("A360 Driving School," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or enrolling in our driver education services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

A360 Driving School LLC provides driver education courses, including classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel driving lessons. By registering for our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Students must meet all applicable state eligibility requirements for driver education.

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled classes and driving sessions on time
• Follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines
• Behave respectfully during instruction

A360 Driving School reserves the right to remove or reschedule a student who engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Classroom sessions and driving lessons must be scheduled in advance.

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, notice should be provided as early as possible. Repeated missed appointments may result in rescheduling delays or additional fees.

Payment for driver education services must be completed according to the terms presented during registration.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated during enrollment.

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that A360 Driving School LLC may contact you regarding:

• Class scheduling
• Driving lesson appointments
• Service updates or reminders

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.

Driver education involves the operation of motor vehicles and carries inherent risks. A360 Driving School LLC provides instruction designed to promote safe driving practices but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as passing driving tests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A360 Driving School LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
